When you think about Pine Creek Valley, you envision the glassy creek with the reflections of vast mountains. Pine trees rustle in the breeze. A Bald Eagle swoops down and grabs his lunch. Maybe a black bear crosses the trail while you’re out on a hike. Whitetail deer visit your yard in the mornings, fawns playing in the summertime fog. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
The Reservation Deposit must be paid in order to secure your selected dates. Those dates are not reserved until the deposit is paid in full.
The Reservation Total must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your desired reservation date. If you are paying by check, we must receive the check at least 30 days prior to your desired reservation date.
Pet Deposits must be paid at least 30 days prior to your desired reservation date. Pet Deposits are refundable so long as there is no damage or substantial cleaning required. Wasson Rentals must be notified prior to your stay of the number of pets & breed(s) of pets and has right to deny a reservation based upon this information.
Notice of Cancellation must be provided in writing at least 14 days prior to your desired reservation date to be fully refundable.
